LIVE ZOOM WORKSHOP
wEDNESDAY JUNE 17TH 2026

BEAT THEM

at their own game

Administration  ·  Child Support / CPS Affidavit System

Most people lose in family court because they argue — and arguing doesn't build a record. This workshop teaches you the administrative process: how to use affidavits, serve proper notice, challenge jurisdiction, and create the paper trail that puts you in control.

One-time payment  ·  Live training + replay + templates

If you're representing yourself, you already feel it.

The other side knows the procedure.

You're left guessing. That gap — not the truth — is what decides cases.

“You tell the truth…”

…but it never makes it onto the record in a way the court has to recognize.

“You file something…”

…and it's ignored, rejected on a technicality, or quietly used against you later.

You can't afford $300/hr…”

…so you're stuck choosing between a lawyer you can't pay and going in blind.

THE SHIFT

the record is the case

Courts don't run on who's right. They run on what's documented, served, and unrebutted. Master that, and you stop reacting — you start setting the terms.

  • Notice 1, 2 & 3 — what each does and the exact order they go out

  • How a properly built affidavit becomes evidence the court can't ignore

  • What "silence equals agreement" really means — and how to use it

  • The administrative process behind the courtroom most people never see

the curriculum

What you'll walk away with

Six core skills taught step by step, with real templates you can use immediately.

How to build a record
Everything must be documented. We show you how before, during, and after.

Affidavit construction
Point-by-point structure that stands up and demands a sworn response.

Notice procedure

Certified mail, three-notice sequence, return receipt — done right.

Jurisdiction challenges

How to demand proof of authority — and what to do when they can't provide it.

Motion to dismiss

When and how to file — backed by your administrative record.

Tacit acquiescence

What happens when they don't respond — and how to use that silence.

is this for you?

This workshop is built for people who are

  • Dealing with child support enforcement and tired of losing ground

  • Facing CPS involvement and don't know how to respond properly

  • Done relying on attorneys who work for the court first, you second

  • Ready to stop arguing verbally and start building an administrative record

  • Looking for practical strategy, not theory — templates you can actually use

or maybe not...

This workshop is not for those of you who

  • Are comfortable handing your case to an attorney and hoping for the best

  • Would rather argue and explain yourself in court than build a documented record

  • Want a magic loophole or a "sovereign" shortcut instead of real administrative procedure

  • Aren't willing to read, prepare, and do the paperwork the process requires

  • Are looking for legal theory to debate — not practical templates you'll actually file

Donald-Burdett: Zwack

the origin

In 2022, I used the administrative process to settle my own child support case — not by hiring an attorney or hoping a judge would be fair, but by building an airtight paper record and forcing the system to respond on my terms. That win changed everything.

what I've been doing since

Since 2022, I've been helping others navigate child support enforcement and CPS matters using the same strategy. I've also taken on foreclosure cases putting banks in the uncomfortable position of having to prove their standing and authority. I enjoy that part.

Every day I spend at least an hour reading, researching new cases, and finding new ways to apply administrative law to real situations. When I teach, I bring that research into the room not textbook theory, but strategy that has actually worked.
